KITCHENER, ON – Short Finger Brewing has announced the release of its latest limited edition beer.
Master Roshi (5.5% abv) is a saison described as follows:
This is a lovely blend of fresh Saisons (ranging from 2 to 6 months), conditioned in bottle for the past two months. Master Roshi is fermented with our house culture but does not touch oak. Light and dry with a touch of acidity; generously hopped but all about balance. Sorry hazie bros, this one is light and delicate.
Master Roshi is available now in the Short Finger online shop, and at the brewery patio and retail store this Friday and Saturday.
