OTTAWA, ON – Spark Beer has announced the release of a new beer to celebrate the release of the latest album by a local musician and friend of the brewery.
Decide to Stay and Swim (5.5% abv) takes its name from Decide to Stay and Swim Again, the new record by Chris Page, and is described as follows:
This summery pale ale contains 100% Canadian barley malt with Azacca and Amarillo hops. Aromas of pine, grapefruit and a splash of orange balance out the dry finish. A shimmery light haziness reminds us that life is still good and we will get through all of this bologna together.
Decide to Stay and Swim Pale Ale will debut tomorrow (October 16th) at Spark Beer, with Page performing a live acoustic set on the patio at 7:00 PM that will be streamed via his Instagram.
