WINNIPEG, MB – Nonsuch Brewing has released the latest in a series of beers – or in this case, another alcoholic beverage – marking this year’s Manitoba 150 celebrations.
MB150 Cyser (10% abv) is described as follows:
Cyser is mead which has been fermented with apple juices rather than water, producing a tarter, more complex result. Our Cyser pours a light straw in appearance adorned with a quickly dissipating white head. The ample carbonation and light body help lift the signature honey and apple aromas. On the pallet, our Cyser is a harmonious medley of vinous, floral, bright, tart, and sweet notes making it reminiscent of sparkling white wine. We’re accustomed to describing beer and you’ll have to forgive us, words are somewhat escaping us – suffice to say you have to try it for yourself.
MB150 Cyser is available now in a limited run of 750 ml cark-and-cage bottles at the Nonsuch retail store and online shop.
