TORONTO, ON – Burdock Brewery has announced the release of the “second edition of a fan favourite.”
Tolmiebingo (4.5% abv) is described as follows:
Tolmiebingo is our archetype “mixed-fermentation saison”, brewed with some of the finest of fine Canadian grains. This batch is an 80/20 blend consisting of relatively young (~8 mo) barrel-aged bitter table beer and fresh, lightly dry-hopped beer that was aged 4 months in stainless steel (cool!). If you’re into relaxed saisons with subtle acidity, a bit of bitterness and relatively low abv, you’re going to enjoy Tolmiebingo.
