TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced the release of a new pale ale made with an experimental hop.
Flight HBC 692 (4.5% abv) was hopped with Yakima Chief HBC 692, which “delivers big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, dried roses, pine resin, tropical fruits and sage. The bold flavor profile draws from its roots as a cultivated daughter of Sabro. HBC 692’s impactful citrus, floral, wood and fruit aromas remain throughout the brewing process.”
Flight HBC 692 will be available to order today (January 7th) at 6:30 PM via the Great Lakes online store, and will be in the brewery retail shop tomorrow starting at 11:00 AM.
