Cherryoperis Brett Saison (7.3% abv) is described as follows:
This spin on our Operis Brett Saison is a delightful, funky ale. Aged in Okanagan red wine barrels, our Cherry Brett Saison is invigorated by wild yeast strain Brettanomyces and conditioned on local sour Montmorency cherries, inviting impressions of cherry pie and tart pit fruit.
Cherryoperis is available now in 750 ml bottles at the Four Winds retail store and online shop, and soon at select private beer retailers in British Columbia.
