PENTICTON, BC – Slackwater Brewing has announced the release of a pair of nautically-themed limited edition IPAs.
Portside West Coast IPA (6.5% abv):
A classic, dark copper body, bursting with citrus and tropical notes from plentiful bittering, whirlpool, and dry-hop additions of Citra, Mosaic & Amarillo hops.
Starboard East Coast IPA (6.5% abv):
A golden, unfiltered body with a velvety smooth mouthfeel from hefty additions of oats to the grain bill, layered with late, bio-hop, and dry-hop additions of Nelson Sauvin, Sabro & Mosaic.
Both beers are available now in a mixed 4-pack at Slackwater, and one keg of each will be going on tap at the Train Station Pub in Kelowna at 4:00 PM today. A limited number of 4-packs will also be distributed next week to select private beer retailers.
