REVELSTOKE, BC – Mt. Begbie Brewing has announced the return of an always anticipated spring seasonal beer.
Faux Paw Cerise Saison (6.5% abv) is described as follows:
A beer inspired by the bear whose faux “paw” was walking across our freshly poured concrete floor. This saison is crafted using large portions of wheat malt and cherry puree and has been fermented with Belgian yeast. With a refreshing flavour and fruity aroma, this unfiltered beer is bound to be bear approved. Local ingredients include barley and wheat from Gambrinus Malting in Armstrong, sweet and sour BC Cherries, and Revelstoke’s pure, mountain water.
Faux Paw Cerise Saison is available now at the Mt. Begbie retail store and select beer retailers in British Columbia.
