TORONTO, ON – Eastbound Brewing has announced the release of its first ever lager.
Üter Pils (5% abv) is intended to “be an homage to classic German Pilsners,” and is described as follows:
Üter pours a pale straw colour, revealing bright, crackling carbonation. The Pilsner Malt comes through the light body with a clean profile of fresh bread. Exclusively brewed with Hallertau Mittelfruh, the hops are perfectly expressed with subtle floral notes on the nose, and a more forward herbaceousness that holds on the backend. There is crisp, medium bitterness which helps along the dry finish. Each element of this beer has a simplicity to it that amounts to a flavourful, classic take on a German Pils.
Üter Pils is available now at the Eastbound Brewing retail store and online shop.
