OTTAWA, ON – Spark Beer has announced the release of two sour ales, one new and the other returning.
Even Downtown Pink Guava & Passionfruit Sour (6% abv):
Ahh summer… warm weather, cool breezes, vaccines and our new pink guava and passionfruit summer sour. We added a surfeit of tropical goodness to Even Downtown, our stainless-aged sour beer. This beautifully golden-coloured ale explodes with pink guava and passionfruit and will pair nicely with summertime fun!
Voices Carry Raspberry Sour (6% abv):
Voices Carry Raspberry returns! This iteration is a summery pink treat bursting with raspberries. Slightly tart with a bright carbonation, this favourite has a bretty, earthy funk.
