North Brewing Releases Peach Plush Dry-Hopped Sour

DARTMOUTH, NS – North Brewing has announced the release of a new seasonal sour.

Peach Plush (4.5% abv) is described as follows:

This sour was made with Escarpment Lab’s Lacto 2.0 blend and Vermont Ale yeast strain. Refermented on 300lbs of Nova Scotia peaches, this sour is summer in a glass. Tart, peachy, bubbly, refreshing, it’s the perfect sour to enjoy in the sunshine.

Peach Plush is available now at the North Brewing retail store and online shop.
