BEAMSVILE, ON – Bench Brewing has announced the latest release in its Wildwood series of barrel-aged sour ales.
Cherry Wildwood (7.6% abv) is described as follows:
Golden sour ale aged in oak foeder and refermented on locally sourced Niagara Montmorency cherries. With bright aromas of cherry candy, orange peel and ruby grapefruit, this sour ale displays soft acidity, with gentle tannin and a clean finish.
Cherry Wildwood is available now at the Bench retail store and online shop.
