TORONTO, ON – Burdock Brewery has announced the release of the latest edition of Zesté, a “series where we explore the colours of the rainbow via tangy tropical fruits.”
Zesté Tropic (5% abv):
This batch features Burdock favourites like Sea Buckthorn (the citrus of the North) and Yuzu (the wrinkliest and most aromatic lemon family member). Rounding out the gang is some gratuitous Pink Guava (pure tropical energy), and a curve ball/not curve ball: Apricot. The combination of these 4 fruits might seem a little suspect to the average fruited sour beer drinker, but trust us, they work together beautifully (in a bubbly deli-cinque magic kind of way).
