VANCOUVER, BC – While the COVID-19 pandemic meant that plans to mark its 1st birthday had to be cancelled last November, Container Brewing has announced that its now going ahead with a “1.6th birthday” celebration.
Taking place on Saturday June 26th and Sunday June 27th at the brewery, the party will take place over three 4-hour sessions – Saturday afternoon, Saturday night, and Sunday afternoon – open only to pre-booked tables of 2, 4, and 6 patrons.
Further details as announced by Container are as follows:
Your group will be seated in one of three spaces: Upstairs lounge, Downstairs lounge, or our patio (inside the Brewery if the weather misbehaves)! You will be waited on at your table for four magic hours of special taps and fan favourites plus tasty treats from our friends at Between 2 Buns (OMG!)
All guests will be socially distanced and remain seated for their session (washroom trips allowed!). Staff will be wearing masks and sanitizing things a lot….we are a brewery after all and care about our friends – the yeast. Please expect a follow up email to gather a complete guest list for our contact tracing records. We will require a list of your party before your session begins.
Your tickets include bottomless pours with your choice of handheld from Between 2 Buns (B2B), along with a few surprise treats. You will also be able to pre-order extra items from B2B with your ticket purchase. IF you think you need more burgers, have no fear as you can still purchase more during your session. The Container Kitchen will be serving their snacks (olives, goldfish, cookies, pork crisps) but giving up the spotlight to the “burger kings & queens” of B2B.
There is no coming and going during your session. Sorry no smoke breaks, it is four hours and we believe in you!
While several table/session choices have sold out, there are still a limited number of tables for 4 on Saturday afternoon, tables for 2 on Saturday evening, and all tables on Sunday.
