TORONTO, ON – Henderson Brewing has announced the latest release in its monthly Ides Series of limited edition beers, with this month’s also being its sixth annual collaboration with the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair (TOAF).
Radicle Red IPA (6.5% abv):
This bitter IPA pours a deep, hazy amber with notes of pine, caramel and a hint of citrus peel. Herbal and floral hops will welcome you at the first sip, but leave a piney, sticky bitterness to linger on your palate.
As is the tradition for the annual Henderson/TOAF collab series, the label features an image by last year’s TOAF Best Student Award winner, Varvara Nedilska, who says that her illustration “reflects on the role beer has played in my life and the way I’ve seen it bring friends together during the pandemic, watching the sun go down together while sharing a drink.”
While TOAF 2021 is primarily an online event this year due to COVID-19 restrictions, a small number of artists are exhibiting their work in person at stackt market until July 11th, and a selection of artworks will also be on display in the Henderson Brewing parking lot on Saturday July 10th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Radicle Red IPA is available now at the Henderson retail store and online shop.
