HAMILTON, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced that a beer originally available as a small batch release from the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub is now back as a full-scale release from its Hamilton brewery.
Cautionary Tale IPA (7% abv):
Combining classic, new-school and experimental hops, this beer boasts a wildly complex flavour profile from the combo of old-favourite Citra, recent-upstart Sabro, and HBC 472 — an American hop so new it doesn’t even have a name yet. Coconut and lychee aromas mingle with hints of oak and a smooth creaminess from the experimental HBC 472.
Cautionary Tale is available now at the Collective Arts online shop, and the brewery retail stores in Hamilton and Toronto.
