CALEDON, ON – Sonnen Hill Brewing has announced the release of a “tasty, hoppy pale lager” brewed in collaboration with Beerlab! of London, Ontario.
Saphir (4.8% abv):
We doubled up on Saphir hops in the whirlpool and added some wheat to make this one a little different. A chill beer with lots of wheat character and subtle hop aromas of mandarin and honeysuckle. Low bitterness and very smooth.
