AYR, ON – Willibald Farm Brewery has announced the release of a new collaboration with Dominion City Brewing that was brewed when the Dominion City crew visited last month for a tap takeover and pop-up shop.
Second Wind IPA (6.4% abv):
While the Dominion City crew were visiting the farm a few weeks ago, we snuck in a brew day whilst enjoying a couple cans of Guinness*. After much deliberation, we decided on SECOND WIND – an IPA dry hopped with a healthy dose of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Ontario grown Cascade from Hayhoe Hops. As summer slides into fall, grab some of this tropical fruits forward IPA to keep the summer vibes going. Prost!
