TORONTO & OTTAWA, ON – A new “trappist-inspired brewing project” from two of Ontario’s most admired breweries is set to debut this week.
Abbaye Des Sept Minutes (AD7M) is a collaboration between Luc “Bim” Lafontaine of Godspeed Brewery in Toronto, and Matt Tweedy of Tooth and Nail Brewery in Ottawa. It will be launching with an “initial lineup of tradition-bound beers” that includes AD7M Blond (6.0% abv), AD7M Dubbel (8.0% abv), AD7M Tripel (9.0% abv), AD7M Quad (10.0% abv).
Launch events for the AD7M will be taking place at Milos’ Craft Beer Emporium in London on Wednesday September 22nd at 7:00 PM, and Bar Volo in Toronto on Thursday September 23rd at 4:00 PM. The beers will be available on draught as well as in mixed 4-packs for take home sales, and Lafontaine and Tweedy will be on hand at both events.
More details on the Abbaye Des Sept Minutes will be announced soon on Instagram and Twitter.
