HAMILTON, ON – Grain & Grit Beer Co. has announced the release its 4th annual edition of a beer for a local charity raising funds to fight a severe form of muscular dystrophy.
Max’s Big Sour (5.5% abv):
We brew this beer every year in collaboration with Max Sedmihradsky and his family in support of Max’s Big Ride to end Duchenne muscular dystrophy. We changed things up this year in a major way, and we brewed an entirely new recipe based on Max’s current favourite candy — Sour Patch Kids!
Max’s Big Sour is available now at the Grain & Grit retail store and online shop. 50 cents from each can sold will be donated to Max’s Big Fellowship at The University of Toronto which funds research to find a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
