TORONTO, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of the latest small-batch beer from the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub.
Remember Alf? POG Sour (5.3% abv):
Remember Alf? He’s back! In beer form! This POG Sour is guava forward on the nose, light bodied with full tropical fruit flavour. Golden in colour with a light orange hue, slightly tart, with a sweet finish.
Why is this tropical blend called a POG you might ask? Well – Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava! POG! Originating in Maui, Hawaii in the 1920s, the name came from a game of stacked bottle caps, or milk caps from a drink that had passion fruit, orange and guava, hence the name POG. This brew is a slammer!
Remember Alf? is available now at the Collective Arts online shop, and the brewery retail stores in Toronto and Hamilton.
