TORONTO, ON – Left Field Brewery has announced the release of an “otherworldly new brew”.
Phenom Pale Ale (5.5% abv):
Our second release using the elusive Phantasm powder is a hazy, extra juicy, hop-forward East Coast style Pale Ale. You’ll remember Phantasm, the experimental ingredient from New Zealand, if you tried Power Alley Triple IPA earlier this year. This powder derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes is packed with thiols – a juicy and tropical compound in hops. Paired here with El Dorado, Galaxy and Sabro hops, Phenom is a hugely aromatic and flavourful brew packed with pineapple, gooseberry and coconut flavour and aroma – it’s outta this world!
