CALGARY, AB – Cabin Brewing has announced the release of “a luscious beer for wine lovers” in collaboration with City & Country Urban Winery & Tasting Bar.
Vines & Bines Pinot Noir Stout (6% abv):
From the vines come the grapes, from the bines the hops. We started with a decadent stout displaying dark chocolate and roasted notes and blended in Pinot Noir grape juice from a charming family estate winery in the Niagara-on-the-Lake wine region in Ontario. It pours a thick black and instantly smells like berry chocolate and lightly roasted coffee beans. It comes in a can, but you may want to pour this into a big old Burgundy glass and admire the changing aromas as it slowly warms.
