BAYSVILLE, ON – Lake of Bays Brewing has announced a quartet of new releases from its small batch brewing program.
Rosseau Amber IPA (5.6% abv):
Piney, bitter, and sticky. Medium body, more approachable than Flight Plan but keeps within the old school IPA style. Great for cold weather and has a memorable bite.
Forza Italian Pilsner (5.8% abv):
A newer style to hit the market. Consists of traditional German pilsner aspects but uses a dry hop of subtle German hops. Light and easy drinking.
Football Head Watermelon Pale Ale (5% abv):
Light, fruity, and easy-drinking. Far less sour than Tropical Twister and may remind some of a radler. Pairs well with lighter fare.
Waldo Stout (5% abv):
Mainly a traditional stout. Use of Sabro hops adds a unique, smooth, and creamy note. Pairs well with heavy soups, giant pretzels, and our very own Bean Burger.
All four beers are available now at the three Lake of Bays locations – Baysville Brewery, Huntsville Brewhouse, and Bracebridge Barrelhouse – as well as the brewery’s online store.
