PARIS, ON – The Paris Beer Co. has announced the release of a new beer to mark the brewery’s 1st birthday.
Anniversary 1 Ale (9.5% abv):
We created 450 bottles of this extremely rare, limited edition release celebrating our first year of business. It is a delightful Hopfen Weiss, brewed as a traditional wheat ale with generous dew fresh Cascade hops, added within one hour of harvest. Aged for 7 months in bourbon barrels to develop a complex flavour profile, presenting apple, vanilla, floral, citrus, banana & clove. Dedicated with thanks to our customers, staff, founders, friends and family who helped us make this first year a success!
