Willibald Farm Brewery Releases Piedmonster Pastry Stout

AYR, ON – Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery has announced the release of a new beer created in collaboration with Vancouver’s Superflux Beer Company.

Piedmonster Pastry Stout (12% abv):

Piedmonster is a beer based on a popular hazelnut spread. This popular spread that shall remain nameless was created by Pietro Ferrero in his small Piedmont bakery in Italy and funny enough the early version was called Supercrema gianduja – how fitting, right? Like the spread, this beer has an unhealthy serving of cocoa, hazelnut, vanilla and a pinch of lactose. Rich and chocolatey with a slight, bitter, nutty finish this pastry stout should be the grown-up version of your childhood favourite.

Piedmonster is available now at the Willibald Farm retail shop and online store.
