TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the release of a new pale ale, and the latest fruit-flavoured edition of its flagship dry-hopped sour ale.
Ratclops Pale Ale (5.6% abv):
The most recent addition to the lineup of mythical brewery beasties, Ratclops is a scrappy new pale ale. Despite appearances, it’s very approachable and unapologetically delicious — we think it will soon burrow its way into your hearts. Ratclops is hopped with citra, loral and simcoe, comes in at a breezy 5.6% and showcases notes of stone fruit, clementine, and pineapple.
Cara Cara & Blood Orange Jelly King (5.6% abv):
Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit. This version features two of the fancier types of orange (no offence navels). If you find a bottle of this in the toe of your stocking, you’ll know you’ve been VERY GOOD.
Both beers are available now at the Bellwoods retail stores and online shop.
