PEMBROKE, ON – Square Timber Brewing, has announced the release of a “tasty new beer with flavours and aromas of fresh cut flowers and pine needles.”
Stone Rows IPA (6.75% abv):
This is a nod to the 1000’s of miles of stone fences found all around the Ottawa Valley. This beer is brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Houblonnière Lupuline Hop Yard on Allumettes Island, QC (it’s very hoppy) and malted barley from Mississippi Mills Malting Co.. in Pakenham, ON.
