GIBSONS, BC – The 101 Brewhouse & Distillery has announced details for a trio of recently released seasonal brews.
Kvold IPA (6% abv):
Our take on a new style of “Cold IPA” Think clean, crisp, west coast IPA. Brewed with Pilsner malt, rice flakes, generous amounts of “C” hops and fermented with a blend of kveik yeasts.
Roscoe Rye IPA (6.5% abv):
West coast style IPA, brewed with copious amounts of Rye malt and Centennial hops.
Wintero Rocher (6.5% abv):
Festive winter ale brewed with cacao nibs and vanilla beans soaked in our house made hazelnut liqueur.
The three new beers are on tap now at The 101.
