LACOMBE, AB – Blindman Brewing has announced its 4th annual collaboration with 24-2 Draft Horses, as well as a limited vintage edition of last year’s release.
24-2 Brown Ale (6.8% abv):
For the 4th consecutive year we’ve teamed up with our friends at 24-2 Draft Horses to deliver a malty collaboration that bridges the gap between the deep freeze of January, and the earthy thaw of spring. Hyper locally grown, harvested, cleaned, malted and brewed. The result is a roasty, toasty brown ale with subtle notes of dark fruit, chocolate and coffee.
Barrel-Aged Brett 24-2 Stock Ale (7.6% abv):
Some of last year’s beer spent 342 days in a Basil Hayden Bourbon barrel with some funky brettanomyces yeast. This adds some depth, oakyness and funk into the mix creating a delicately robust flavor profile.
Both beers are available now at the Blindman retail store and online shop, and select beer retailers in Alberta.
