MEAFORD, ON – Still Fields Brewery has announced the release of its latest bottle conditioned ale.
Bière de Garde (7.5% abv):
Our first iteration of a classic French farmhouse ale. This Biere de Garde (“Beer for Keeping”) utilizes our standard malt bill in conjunction with a four hour boil which concentrated the sugar content and accentuated the malt character. It is hopped with cascade and saaz hops, and lagered for three weeks. Subtle sweetness and notes of caramel.
Bière de Garde is available now at the Still Fields retail store and online shop.
