HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced the release of the latest vintage in its Purple Rain series of wine/beer hybrids.
Purple Rain 2021 Wild Ale with Merlot (5.4% abv):
A blend of ales aged in French oak and stainless, and conditioned on Niagara Merlot skins, Purple Rain 2021 perfectly straddles the line of tart and funk. Jammy fruit notes of cherry and dried plum — perfect for sharing or… not sharing.
