TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the release of a new collaboration with Third Moon Brewery.
Beeramisu Imperial Stout (11.1% abv):
Did you know tiramisu means “Pick me up” in Italian? Did you know Beeramisu doesn’t really mean anything because it’s a word that we made up? We also made this Imperial Stout as an ode to Tiramisu — the coffee-flavoured dessert of which dreams are made.
Imperial Stouts are a laborious undertaking — mashing in a literal ton of wet malt + time = sore arms and very hungry after — but the results are well worth the extra effort. Beeramisu is a BIG Imperial Stout that proffers tantalizing aromas and flavours of coffee, vanilla, and chocolate transported on a thick and voluptuous body.
Beeramisu is available now at both Bellwoods retail stores and the brewery’s online shop.
