OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Matron Fine Beer.
Rapport Redbier (5.2% abv):
The concept behind Rapport was to mash up great ingredients from our favourite local suppliers – including Mississippi Mills Malts and Barn Owl Malt, as well as Comet from Hayhoe Hops and Prince Edward County grown Hallertauer – to create a firmly hopped lager, balanced out by a full range of dark malt toastiness and complexity. Our inspiration was to brew a beer that reminded us of those that got us into the craft in the first place. Malty, refreshingly bitter with floral and citrus aromatics. Perfect for early Spring!
