NEWMARKET, ON – Market Brewing has announced the release of a new pale ale, and the return of a collaborative lager.
Clairvoyant Pale Ale (5.5% abv):
A clairvoyant is someone who claims to have a supernatural ability to perceive the future. We perceive that this Pale Ale will be your new favourite beer. Pairing classic Cascade and Centennial with magical Mosaic hops lends notes of tangerine and juniper berry with a moderate grapefruit bitterness.
Newmarket’s Pilsner (4.8% abv):
We got another crop of Old Flame’s House Lager Yeast, and some Ontario hops from Clear Valley. Canadian Barley rounds out the mix for this clean, easy drinking Pilsner. We are so proud of our community, and think it’s awesome that all the local breweries can come together.
