LONDON, ON – Forked River Brewing has announced the latest release in its ongoing series of collaborations with local champion athletes.
Dave Simpson‘s Blonde Ale (5% abv):
Brewed to commentate the 40th anniversary of Dave Simpson’s record setting season with the London Knights. Dave registered 155 points – his 67 goals and 88 assists remain the pinnacle of Knights’ excellence.
This golden ale pours with pale gold colour, notes of light pepper and fusty hop notes run though this beer. A pure white rocky head will cap off the beer and lace all the way down the sides of your glass. Dry with a quenching finish, refreshing and leaving you wanting for more.
Dave Simpson’s Blonde Ale is available now at the Forked River retail store and online shop. 50 cents from each can sold will go to the Ukrainian Relief fund.
