ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced the release of a new small batch seasonal ale.
Sap Season Maple Sap Brown Ale (5.8% abv):
We turned a traditional English brown ale into pure Canadiana in a can. It’s rich and malty, and complimented by the locally sourced maple sap we brewed it with. We then can-conditioned with maple syrup for that extra springtime sweetness. Sap Season pours brown, and in the glass you’ll find notes of molasses, black licorice and dark rum. We hear it goes well with your pancake breakfast, but we’ll let you be the judge!
