GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the release of a new small-batch seasonal beer.
White Tulip Wit (5% abv):
A Belgian style witbier as bright and refreshing as a Spring day. Brewed with 50% wheat flakes and utilising fresh orange zest and hand crushed coriander, this one is fruit forward with wonderful notes of citrus and spice. The unique yeast strain also offers enticing yeast forward esters and a nice spiciness and promotes a dry refreshing finish. With a silky mouthfeel from the wheat flakes and high effervescence from the can conditioning, this beer is also a lovely textural experience. Gently hazy with a fluffy white head, White Tulip will look wonderful in any beer glass.
