BURNABY, BC – Dageraad Brewing has announced the release of “the first in a fresh, ongoing IPA project”.
New Slang 01 IPA (6.5% abv):
New Slang 01 is a biotransformed IPA, hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Saaz. It is brewed with new yeast strains that metabolize inert hop compounds, transforming them into vibrant fruit aromas, electrifying the palate without adding bitterness. The first version of New Slang lifts up notes of stone fruit, gooseberry, and white wine, with a decidedly clean, dry finish.
We say “first version” because over the summer, we will continue to iterate on New Slang with new directions and hop combinations chosen by the only expert voice we care about – Yours. A link on each can will let you give us your feedback, helping craft subsequent versions in our mission to develop the quintessential Dageraad IPA.
New Slang 01 is available now at the Dageraad taproom and online shop, and soon at select private beer stores in British Columbia.
