TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced the return of a limited edition lager with a distinctive grain bill.
Wanderlüst Wallonian Rustic Lager (5% abv):
What makes this lager ‘rustic’? We aimed to brew a pilsner style beer using some of the ingredients and processes more common in traditional Belgian brewing. Wheat, oats, rye and corn, plus a can-conditioning method for carbonation, give this lovely lager a light peppery spiciness with a delightfully prickly carbonation amongst the familiar lager yeast character.
Wanderlüst will be available starting at 11:00 AM today (June 9th) at at the Great Lakes brewery, brewpub, and online shop.
