CALGARY, AB – Banded Peak Brewing has announced a pair of beers that are coming out this weekend to mark the brewery’s 6th anniversary.
Storm Chaser Double IPA (8.7% abv):
6 years of exploration has led to this flavour crashing explosion of hops. A cacophony of heavy hop loading and huge aroma additions makes this one of our most ambitious IPAs to date. Grab a can, take cover, and experience the ultimate deluge in hazy juice-forward flavour.
Rites of Spring Barrel Aged Stone Fruit Honey Sour (8.2% abv):
The warmth of spring is back! Patio beers, bike rides, dock hangs; these are your Rites of Spring. Aged in whiskey barrels with stone fruit and local wild honey, this refreshing and complex beer will make awakening from your winter slumber worthwhile.
Both beers will be available Sunday June 12th at the Banded Peak retail store and online shop. The brewery will also be hosting a 6th Anniversary Patio Party on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 7:00 PM, featuring food from Zilford’s Fried Chicken, live music, games, and more.
