ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Old Galt Bottle Shop.
Grand Buds California Common (4.5% abv):
We made this steam-style beer with bottom fermenting lager yeasts and brewed it at higher ale temperatures, which gives it a distinct, yeast-driven, fruity character. Grand Buds is backed by a strong presence of North American two-row barley and caramel malts, and has a firm bitterness and a woody, herbal hop profile. It pours clear amber and tastes great with friends on a hot day by the river.
Grand Buds is available now at the Elora Brewing retail store, taproom, and online shop, and at the Old Galt Bottle Shop.
