SURREY, BC – Russell Brewing has announced the release of two new beers brewed in collaboration with the Moon Under Water Brewpub.
Thiol Master Saison (7.3% abv) and Thiol Master Hazy IPA (6.1% abv) were brewed using Phantasm, a “powder derived from Sauvignon Blanc grape skins that contributes a massive charge of thiols which drive intense tropical fruit flavours and aromas.”
Both beers feature wheat and spelt in their grain bills, and the Saison was “fermented with a blend of London ale and Saison yeast giving it a dry and delicious finish,” while the IPA was “dry-hopped with a bold addition of Eclipse hops to give it a citrus punch.”
Thiol Master Saison and Thiol Master Hazy IPA are available now at the Russell Brewing taproom and online shop.
