DUNDAS, ON – Shawn & Ed Brewing has announced the latest release in its Anvil Small-Batch Series of limited edition beers.
Laks Clarity Kellerbier (5.2% abv):
Laks Clarity is our LagerShed Original, unfiltered & unpasteurized. It’s a unique opportunity to taste the lager in its raw form before stabilization occurs. It’s made with 100% Pilsner malt and German Hallertauer hops. Tasting it carbonated with the yeast still on gives a true picture of the bready flavour, which absorbs some of the hop bitterness that is filtered out prior to being kegged or bottled.
Laks Clarity Kellerbier is available now at the Shawn & Ed Brewing taproom and retail store.
