GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced the release of a new limited edition IPA.
All Weather Is Passing Kveik IPA (7% abv):
This hazy IPA is brewed with Norwegian Voss Kveik yeast which imparts bright citrus notes that blend seamlessly with the Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. The result is a tasty IPA with a creamy body and huge hop aromas of peach and apricot. Like the Norwegian proverb that says, “all weather is passing”, this small-batch IPA won’t last long in your glass!
