The Establishment Brewing Company Releases Valley Hi! IPA

CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced the release of a new collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops and Brulotte Farms.

Valley Hi! IPA (6.5% abv):

Hi! This IPA was brewed in delicious concert with Yakima Chief Hops using specific hops from a specific farm in a (you guessed it) specific valley: the Yakima one. Brulotte Farms is a Yakima Chief Hops’ grower and run by Reggie Brulotte, a sixth-generation hop farmer.

Packing her impressive familial farming credentials and farm-fresh Citra and Mosaic hops, Reggie and Yakima Chief Hops sent a helping hand o’er hill and dale to grace us with a unique set of ingredients that will change the way you experience a “hop-forward” beer. She worked with us on Valley Hi! and infused her experiences as an Order of the Hop Award-winning grower, and with the brewing industry as a whole.

Get ready to be transported directly to the Yakima valley with aromas of grapefruit pith, pineapple, blueberry bush and the most gentle touch of ripe melon, all packed into a bright straw-yellow pour. So baby, take a sip and taste the love that went into this freshly brewed, double-dry hopped beauty.

Valley Hi! is available now at the Establishment retail shop and online store while supplies last.
