VANCOUVER, BC – Just over two years after the opening of its tasting lounge and retail store, Superflux Beer Company has announced that it will finally be hosting “a delayed celebration of the brewery’s grand opening”.
The Superflux F*$king Awesome Festival will take place at the brewery on Saturday September 24th and will feature “unique, limited-release collaborations with well-known breweries from Canada and the U.S.A. as well as food features from top local restaurants and outstanding live music from local artists.”
Six exclusive beers created in collaboration with Badlands Brewing (Inglewood, ON), Fast Fashion (Seattle, WA), La Brasserie Sir John Brewing (Lachute, QC), Messorem Bracitorium (Montreal, QC), Moonraker Brewing (Auburn, CA), and Bellwoods Brewery (Toronto, ON) will be available on tap and in 4-packs to go, and a selection of natural wine, cider, and cocktails will also be available.
Food options will include pizza from Party Pizza Worldwide, porchetta sandwiches from Meat & Bread, oysters from Big Shucker, burgers and fries from Superflux {Cabana}, and Vietnamese food from Anh & Chi. Musical entertainment will be provided by local DJs and artists throughout the day and evening.
Superflux F*$king Awesome Festival will feature two four-hour sessions – 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM – with advance tickets available for $125, which includes admission and all food and drink.
