MONO, ON – A new farm-based brewery has opened its doors in Mono, a rural community in south-central Ontario.
Mono Centre Brewing has been founded by Zach Gammage, and was in the works for more than two years leading up to its opening on the Labour Day weekend.
The brewery is currently offering five beers on tap in its tasting room and in cans to go, including Island Lake Pale Ale (4.5% abv), Mono Hills Hallertau Blanc IPA (4.8% abv), Mono Breakfast Stout (5.3% abv), and two versions of Back Forty Session Series Ale (4.3%) dry-hopped with Citra and El Dorado respectively.
Mono Centre Brewing is located at 388113 Mono Centre Road in Mono, and is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 noon to 7:00 PM, Friday from 12:00 noon to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
