Sägemehl Stadt (pronounced “Zeg-a-meal St-tad-t”, which roughly translates to Sawdust City) is our award-winning traditional German-style Festbier, originally brewed back in 2016 to celebrate our first on-premise Oktoberfest festival. Made with 100% Ontario ingredients, Sägemehl Stadt pours a pristine burnt auburn, and its malt-forward character presents aromas of light caramel and toasted bread. Flavours of brioche and golden raisins round out its robust yet satisfying character. Rich and malty, it’s perfect for those early Fall days. Prost!
