WHITEHORSE, YK – Winterlong Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Vancouver’s Container Brewing.
Pacific Spirit Double IPA (8.5% abv):
We may not have the BIG TREES of the West Coast up here in the Yukon, but we sure have the SPIRIT to brew big, West Coast beers, especially when collaborating with a west coast brewery. This Double IPA turned out great, with a sweet orange aroma and big flavours of resinous pine and grapefruit. It has a classically assertive bitterness with just enough character malt to smooth it out.
